Edward nodded, "Yeah, as friends. You told me yesterday.."

Kristin stands up to look straight into his eyes, "This timing just isn't right.."

Edward looked at her, "Would it have been even if you weren't with Jacob? We both know you shouldn't be with him.."

Bella smiled, "Okay. We'll let me change and I'll be right out." She stood up, grabbed her bathing suit and walked into the bathroom.

Eric sat on her bed and took the note, then ripped it up and threw it out the window.

Kristin: "It would have been much better timing if I wasn't with Jacob." She didn't want to hurt him, but she was way too loyal.

Edward nodded, "Alright.."

Bella returned a little later, wearing a sundress and her bathing suit under it. "You ready?"

Eric looks up and smiles "You look cute"

Kristin hugs him "Don't think that I hate you, please.. I love you more than you know, Edward" She hugged him tighter "I'm just scared of what would happen.."

Edward shrugged, "Well it has to be something. I would treat you right but you won't leave him for me.."

Bella smiled, "Thanks babe.."

Eric gets up and takes her hand and they go to the beach

Kristin started crying softly. "I'm scared.."

Edward sighed, holding her tight, "Hey..hey..don't cry. I don't wanna make you cry.." he rubbed her back, "Why are you scared?"

Bella lay her towel down and sat down on it when they arrived. The waves were good today so there were a good many people out surfing, "We picked a good day to go to the beach.."

Eric: "Want to surf?"

Kristin: "I'm scared of what Jacob would do..."

[rawrr ;]]

Edward sighed, "He won't hurt me..or you for that matter. I won't let him, trust me."

Bella smiled, "Yeah." she grinned, she loved to surf.

Eric jogged to his car and got their boards, then handed her her board.

Kristin: "He will hurt me.."

[rawrr ;]]

Edward shook his head, putting both his hands on her cheeks, lifting her head to make her look at him, "You listen to me..I won't let him anywhere near you. He won't touch you if you leave him. I don't do anything now because your with him, you make it okay in a sense because you stay around him but if you leave him I will protect you.."

Bella took her board, took her sundress off and ran out into the water, getting on her board and paddling out to wait on a good set of waves.

Eric paddled out with her

Kristin looks up at him "I wish I could believe that, Edward.. I really do."

Bella saw the perfect set so she paddled out, stod up and rode the wave to shore. She got back on her board and paddled back out to where Eric was.

Edward sighed, "After all this time you don't trust me.." he shook his head and let go of her, stepping away from her a little.

[April :D]

Kristin: "Is isn't that I don't trust you! I would put my life in your hands if I could. But, Jacob is scary.. He's powerful and I don't want YOU to get hurt. I'd rather take it than see you get hurt."

Eric smiles at her "Nice job, babe"

"I won't get hurt Kristin."

Bella smiled, "Thanks baby..this is fun..I miss this.."

Eric nods "Yeah, I do too" He said as he glanced around for more waves

Kristin: "You think you won't.. but you will.."

[rawrr ;]]

Edward sighed, "Kristin I can't do this...not if your gonna let him hurt you knowing what you know.."

Bella smiled and looked for another god set. She waited for a while and finally got a good set. she pointed, "let's ride this together.." she started to paddle to catch the wave.

Eric paddled with her

Kristin: "I wouldn't ask you to do this.. you deserve so much better than me"
